Jimmy and his crew were wonderful! They were knowledgeable, personable, and always on time as promised. We’ve talked about upgrading to a mini-split for almost 10 years, as our in-the-wall AC was very loud, shook the wall at times, and was being held together with duct tape in spots. 😆 no regrets at all with our new Mitsubishi.
